Join us after a busy work day to wind down with this relaxing class. This class is ideal for both beginners and for those who have been practicing for many years, with the focus on stretches, building flexibility and strength and incorporating breathing and relaxation techniques.

Cost: $90 for 9 weeks or $12 per session
Annual Administration fee of $12 to be paid upon enrolment for new enrollees.
