Join us after a busy work day to wind down with this relaxing class. This class is ideal for both beginners and for those who have been practicing for many years, with the focus on stretches, building flexibility and strength and incorporating breathing and relaxation techniques.

Cost: $120* for 10 weeks or $14 per session
* additional booking fee applies to online bookings. Annual Administration fee of $12 to be paid upon enrolment.
