This program, run by a professionally trained instructor specializing in pregnancy and women’s health, incorporates low-impact Pilates exercises with a focus on Women’s Health, including pre and post-natal and pelvic floor friendly movements. Pilates aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and functional movement and is suitable to practise with abdominal separation and many pelvic conditions. It is both safe and beneficial for antenatal and postnatal women when instructed by a specialised practitioner. Ideal for mums of babies and younger children, and mums are welcome to bring their babies along.
