As the saying goes, Move it or Lose it! Get active and stay independent. Maintain or increase your mobility and flexibility with simple gentle movements incorporating stretching, some yoga postures and dance moves.
We are having a break from exercise for term 1 however come along for a chat and coffee with the group. Meet at Phoenix Park – playground side of building.
