NGV KIDS ON TOUR 2023

Time: 10.00am – 11.30am

Get creative this summer with NGV Kids on Tour! In partnership with over 130 venues, NGV Kids on Tours offers children and families across regional and metropolitan Victoria the opportunity to engage with art and creativity with FREE school holiday activities and workshops.

As one of the host venues, we are pleased to offer 2 activities suitable for children and one for teens.  Bookings are essential but all activities are free.  For more information or to book your place, click the Register Now button next to your preferred activity*.

Make a Sculpture
In this  activity, children can take shapes, decorate and turn them into a three-dimensional table top sculpture. Suitable for ages 4+. (Young children may need the assistance of an adult)

Make a Collage
In this activity, children can experiment with colour and shape and cut and paste to make a colourful collage.  Suitable for ages 4+. (Young children may need the assistance of an adult) Register Now

Create a Portrait
In this activity, teens can use the guides provided to discover Archer Davies’ techniques for portraiture and draw a subject’s face from life.  Suitable for ages 12+ Register Now
