We’re excited to bring a Repair Cafe to Phoenix Park!
Repair Cafes help reduce waste by fixing items and giving them a second life – keeping them out of landfill. We prioritise repair over replacement because it saves resources, reduces harm and builds a culture of sustainability.
Everyone is welcome to come along. This service is run by a team of talented volunteers who take care with your items in an attempt to repair them when possible. No storage facilities available so items need to be taken home at the end of the day. Items suitable for repair:
Clothes & Textiles (no alterations, clean items)
Broken Furniture (small enough to carry in)
Electrical Appliances
Electronic devices
Items that need gluing
Kitchen items
Tools
Bags/Purses
Jewellery
Toys
Mobile/digital watch/iPad/tablet changing settings
First Sunday of the month (excluding January):
Dates: Sunday 5 July, 2 August, 6 September, 4 October, 1 November & 6 December 2026.
Time: 2.00pm – 5.00pm.
Registrations on the day. Donation appreciated for repairs.
