Known for being one of the best exercises you can do to develop a falls prevention and self improvement strategy, Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that increases mobility, suppleness and mental alertness. Wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes.

Thursdays 22/4 – 24/6 1.30pm – 2.30pm

Cost: $100 (10 weeks)  Casual $12 per session
