A gentle yoga class incorporating stretches, postures, breathing and relaxation. Good for beginners or for those wanting to maintain flexibility.
Mon 12/7- 13/9 10.00am – 11.00am or 11.10am – 12.10pm
Thu 15/7 – 16/9 10.15am – 11.15am
Cost: $100 (10 weeks) Casual $12 per session
