Join this high energy, dance fitness class with some Piloxing and Zumba thrown in for good measure. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, boosted energy each time you attend a class. Have fun while keeping fit!

NB: Due to building works at Phoenix Park Community Centre, from 25 April to 18 May, this class will be held at Malvern Valley Golf Course, Golfers Drive, Malvern East.
From Monday 22 May, we will be back at Phoenix Park.
