Concerned about your bone health or diagnosed with Osteoporosis? Join this FREE session delivered by our certified pilates trainer Robyn. This session will explore and focus on improving your balance, posture, and flexibility.

HEALTHY EATING FOR SENIORS: 1 pm to 2 pm
Do you find yourself in a food rut and need some healthy inspiration? This session is for you! delivered by a nutritionist, Melanie Ryan. You will be taken on a journey on how to cook everyday meals using nutrient-dense ingredients and eating the right foods for healthy aging.

MEMOIRS FOR SENIORS: 11.30 am to 12.30 am
Do you have a story to tell? Have you always thought about writing your memoir but don’t know where to start? This relaxed introductory session is perfect for you. Meet our talented writing tutor AJ Collins and explore the different aspects of memoir, plus enjoy a fun writing exercise to get you started.

LARGEST VIRTUAL ZUMBA® GOLD PARTY: 10.00 am to 11.00 am
Do you like having fun, dancing to great music, and low-intensity exercise? If it is yes, you need to join this session of Zumba® Gold. Delivered by our popular and loved senior master trainer, Linda, this class will be modified so that it is easy to follow and to get you up and moving. You will leave this session feeling strong, empowered, and with a smile on your face!
